Processing Time

Each piece in our collection is handmade to order or prepared individually for shipment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. During busy periods or special drops, processing times may be slightly longer—we'll notify you if this occurs.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated shipping times, please note that carrier delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at thesewingsquidd@gmail.com within 3-5 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
